AgID ( Agenzia per l’Italia Digitale — Agency for Digital Italy) has published IT documents relating to Annex 5 and Annex 6 to the Guidelines on training, management, and storage. According to Annexes 5 and 6, the obligation to implement it has been postponed to 1 January 2022.
Document management of administrative procedures guarantees the correct administration of documents, from production to conservation.
In this respect, with resolution no. 407/2020, AgID has adopted the “Guidelines for the training, management, and storage of IT documents” after having completed the information procedure provided for by Directive (EU) 2015/1535 and by Law 317/86.
Following numerous interlocutions and requests for changes from trade associations and administrations, as regards in particular Annex 5 — Metadata and Annex 6 — Communication between AOO of Registered Administrative Documents, AgID has updated these attachments as well as the correction of some typos in the text of the Guidelines adopted with new Resolution no. 371/2021.
Allowing for adaptation to the changes introduced, the new date relating to the obligation to adopt the Guidelines has been set for 1 January 2022.
